Atraw Ceramics is very easy to work with, and at this time we ship UPS. All packages are labeled plainly with no indication of what is inside the box. Return Address will read Atraw Ceramics.
We would be happy to ship whichever method you need. Something to note about delivery methods - Out of stock items may require up to two weeks or more to be shipped. We are sorry, but we cannot rush the custom process. All out of stock orders will be shipped which ever method you pay for when they are completed, meaning that if it takes us the maximum two weeks to create your order, we will ship overnight or second day delivery, but only after it is completed. Faster delivery options have no bearing on completion times. We would not ever risk rushing our process.
At Atraw Ceramics, product is normally shipped Within 24 hours. If there will Be A delay of delivery we will contact you with An approximate delivery date. Failure to include the required information for your order type may result in a delay of shipment until the matter is resolved.
We would be happy to ship internationally, however the shipping price increases accordingly. Please be aware of all local laws pertaining to possession and importation of our product. Allow extra time for delivery and decide whether to insure. We will be in touch in 3 to 5 days to finalize all shipping details.
International Customers Please Note: Our product breaks no federal law in the United States, but I am not aware of any other countries specific laws. You are responsible to know your own countries laws and any responsibilities of importing this product. You are also responsible for any fees, tariffs, taxes or any other form of charge for importing the product. If for any reason Customs holds your package and destroys it or doesn't return it to Atraw Ceramics or deliver it to you, your money will not be refunded. Make sure you know the laws of your country so an unfortunate instance such as this does not occur. We will insure packages whenever possible, but loss of items due to violation of local or international law is not the responsibility of Atraw Ceramics and we will not become involved in any disputes relating to loss due to breaking of any laws. By placing an order with Atraw Ceramics, you are taking all responsibilities and liabilities associated with the importation and legality of our product in your jurisdiction and release Atraw Ceramics from any involvement with international or local law pertaining to our Ceramic sex toys.
If your product is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately. Please contact us prior to shipping to arrange for the return of all product. Damaged product can only be exchanged for the same item. Customer pays return shipping costs and must insure any returns on undamaged items.
